2 bumps on neck left centre. i can feel them when not doing anything, sometimes when swallowing. they are slightly painful when i attempt to move them around, they are hard but can be pushed in. i do not have any symptoms. plz help?

Possibilities would be enlarged and somewhat inflamed lymph nodes or nodules in the lateral aspect of the thyroid gland. A physician or otolaryngologist would have to examine you to advise you.
