Upper Respiratory I: You should see a physician. You probably have an Upper Respiratory Infection. Get examined and possibly treated.

Sounds viral: These are some of the hallmarks of a viral upper respiratory infection. Hot salt water gargles, voice rest, anti inflammatory medications. Monitor for other signs and symptoms which might be more worrisome.
