Would a yearly blood test reveal a gi issue?

Not really. If the GI issue was a bleeding ulcer it would, but most other GI problems would not be discovered by a blood test.

Yearly blood tests are not a standard test and will miss many diseases, including GI disorders. The test needs to selected based on the specific clinical circumstance. For healthy diet: http://www.choosemyplate.gov/., exercise 30 minutes/day, drink enough water daily so your urine is mostly colorless, have safe sex, no tobacco alcohol weed or street drugs. Get HPV and Covid vaccines.
