My sinuses is acting up and my ears feels clogged i'm having discomfort behind my ears as well what can i do?

Mucinex (guaifenesin- over the counter) can help in many cases. If your blood pressure is normal, you could add phenylephrine (decongestant) to relieve sinus/ear pressure. Antihistamines like loratidine, fexofenadine, or cetirizine can also help.
