Sounds like: a sinus infection. Check with your ENT physician.

Questions: We're the RC treated teeth upper back molars? If not, that answer is no, and cause may be as simple as sinus infection, and your Physician or an ENT should be consulted. If upper molar had RC treatment there is extremely slight chance of sinus membrane perforation, in which case see the treating Dentist or Specialist Endodontist.
