Do vitamin b12 strips that dissolve in mouth result in better absorption as opposed to swallowing b12 pills for someone who is on ppi due to acid reflux?

That is dependent on several things. Can you absorb vitamin B12 in the stomach? Check for intrinsic factors. In general, I try dissoluble oral B12 when a patient cannot absorb B12 in the stomach
