Without oral or vaginal sexual intercourse I doubt STD like gonorrhea,chlamydia or HIV, but early herpes is a possibility. . Vigorous rubbing of the penis may have irritated the penis and tip of the urethra causing slight dysuria. Itching could be due to a yeast infection but some redness is usually present. I recommend visiting your MD or a.clinic for evaluation &advice re testing and treatment.
