If i give antibiotic to my child and she spits some every day, would i have to give her extra days as im sure the dose that she took was not accurate ?

If she doesn't vomit immediately (within a few minutes) of each dose, most of the antibiotic is being absorbed and will be effective. Additional treatment almost certainly unnecessary. But if in doubt, check with the doctor or clinic that prescribed it. Good luck.
