Busitis or Tendoniti: Most of the time pain from this location is bursitis or tendinitis. Other possible causes could be shoulder arthritis or pinched nerves in the neck. Your evaluation can clarify this. If you have self-taught physical therapy you should be able to help us by learning the exercises you can do on your own.
