Dull constant pain 1-2 inches left of belly button. sometimes goes lower..advil (ibuprofen) does not help. doesnt keep me up at night?

Gas: Abdominal pain is notoriously difficult to pinpoint. That is because the nerves in our GI tract function differently than those in our skin, for example. That being said, my first suspicion would be you are experiencing pain from the passage of gas through your intestines. Over the counter medication called simethicone aka gas-x might help. If not go to a doctor if it gets worse.

Need medical eval: There are several organs in that area including the pancreas, spleen, and kidney. Pain can also be referred from other areas. Best to have doctor check it out so you don't have to worry about it.
