Bloating is most often caused by quantity of food or types of food. Certain foods cause gas, water retention and bloating (whole grains, high fiber foods, beans, lentils, peas, broccoli, brussels sprouts, cabbage and kale, carbonated beverages, most fatty or salty foods). Try taking a probiotic daily for several weeks, or increasing your intake of watermelon, lettuce, strawberries, bananas.
