Abdo pain: see your doctor. sound like gall stones. will need USS abdomen and bloods. avoid large fatty meals.

Gallstones: Your history is the classic description of cholelithiasis, also known as gallstones. You can have referred pain at your shoulder blade as a result of blockage of your gallbladder duct. Acid reflux or an ulcer is another consideration as well. I would recommend an ultrasound and evaluation by an MD.
