Possible gastritis: The usda screens for e. Coli 0157:h7, however people may occasionally ingest contaminated food and experience a wide range of health effects. Some do not get sick at all, others may present with symptoms ranging from severe stomach cramps, to vomiting, fever, and watery or bloody diarrhea. These symptoms usually appear within 1-10 days after contact with the bacteria, and clear up within 5-10 days.
