I developed pressure behind my eyes as well as a fever on saturday. i have taken ibuprofen (nurofen) on sunday and yesterday (monday) which provided fever relief. the eye pressure has been constant. i am taking tetralysal and have been since 11 march?

See a doctor ASAP. The combination of headache (including "eye pressure) and fever suggest possible meningitis, e.g. caused by a virus. But more serious possibilities exist as well, and professional medical attention is always needed for the combination of headache with fever. Good luck.
