My eyelid is swollen and red. it is painful and hurts when i touch it or blink. i had a stye about 3 weeks ago, and the swelling took very long to go down and the redness remained. pharmacy or dr ?

This needs to be evaluated in person by a doctor. I wonder if there is a pocket of a skin infection that needs to be opened and drained.
