I have fibromyalgia & suffer chronic pains.i have new chronic pain in my knees, getting up,climbing stairs etc is agony,xray was clear.im worried the new pain is something else but have no idea what! what could cause new knee pain without any injury?

Suggest second opinion regarding fibromyalgia and joint pain. Many fibromyalgia patients have been misdiagnosed chronically, and it would behoove you to clarify why you do indeed have chronic pain. A simple X-ray of the knee will not provide a proper view of the joint, and an orthopedic surgeon may be the next step. You could choose a virtual consult here at HT if you wish.
