Medial compt....?: I'm assuming u have medial compartment osteoarthritis by your history though it's not clearly stated . If so, treatment options include taking a NSAID ( Ibuprofen , Meloxicam etc.) , weight loss w/ leg strengthening exersises, synvisc (hylan g-f 20) or corticosteroid injections , arthroscopic debridement , unicompartmental vs. Total knee arthroplasty.
