Why do i see worse than my friend whose eye's 4 and mine's 1 when having our prescription glasses on?

Duh...: Putting an incorrect glasses prescription in front of your eyes will, of course, make you see poorly. A "1" is correct for your eyes. Wearing anything else, stronger or weaker, is not correct and will be blurry for you.
