Hard to say: This question is difficult to answer, because we aren't typically measuring the fetal heartbeat over extended periods of time at this gestational age. Possible technical error . There's not much to do ---> continue to watch the pregnancy. It's normal for fetuses to have cyclic drops in their heartbeat. You may want to consider closer following and possibly an echocardiogram later in pregnancy.
