Polyclonal B cells means you DONT have Myeloma (“cancer” of cells in the bone marrow). That’s good but you probably do have a rheumatologic condition (Lupus, Sjogrens, MCTD, etc, etc - there are many). See a Rheumatologist

It does not have to be cancer but your concern is valid. Most likely she has endometrial hyperplasia which can be seen on ultrasound as 11-17mm thickness. If it is more than 18, she should get endometrial biopsy. Other causes like fibroids or polyps are also visible on ultrasound. Hope your mother gets well soon.

I am a 22 year old male. I have just undergo what I define a moderate weight loss because of epigastric pain. I am concern of whether I have a blood clot, or diabetes. First my right leg from my butt down to my calf has a dull ache and my right neck.
