Can polyclonal b cells in flow cytometry be diagnostic of lupus? i have a pos ana, pe blood clots (significant clot burden), dry mouth, arthritis, night sweats, thyroid nodules, type 1 diabetes, dupuytren's contracture, rash with sun exposure?

Polyclonal B cells means you DONT have Myeloma (“cancer” of cells in the bone marrow). That’s good but you probably do have a rheumatologic condition (Lupus, Sjogrens, MCTD, etc, etc - there are many). See a Rheumatologist

It does not have to be cancer but your concern is valid. Most likely she has endometrial hyperplasia which can be seen on ultrasound as 11-17mm thickness. If it is more than 18, she should get endometrial biopsy. Other causes like fibroids or polyps are also visible on ultrasound. Hope your mother gets well soon.
