Hi, please advise if it's cause for concern if dark red blood is in one's stool? also after effects of passing this stool is dizzynes and blurred vision?

Darkened blood is usually from higher up the digestive tract since digestive factors change the color. Dizziness & blurred vision suggest the blood loss is significant & needs evaluation by a doc/hospital ER.
