Interesting: The viscosity of your saliva may have changed due to medications making it thicker and ropier and harder to manage. Nutritional changes may have occurred as well. What has changed in your life.

Dysphasia?: Hard to say without testing, but dysphasia may cause inability to swallow properly. You can see your pcp, who may have you see a speech-language pathologist and have a barium swallow procedure performed. It will tell you a lot. Can you swallow other things without issue, or just your own saliva? That is important information. Lastly, has anything else changed in you health history lately?
