Stye?: If it is under the skin, and does not hurt, it could be a chalazion (otherwise known as a stye). You can try using warm compresses to see if it goes away. If it does not, you should see your eye doctor.

Chalazion: You have an "old" chalazion, a stye which has gone deep and scarred down.
