there's a small lump in my eyelid but i think it's not on my eyeball, for almost a month now, though it doesn't hurt should i worry and have it check?

Don't worry: This almost certainly a chalazion. This is caused by a blockage in one of the little oil glands in the eyelid. Applying hot compresses to the eyelid will help speed the resolution. If it is very large an ophthalmologist can incise it to scoop out the impacted oil.
