Need treatment: If it has been present this long it should be treated. It unfortunately will not go away on it's own. Will need hot cypresses and antibiotics and most like a steroid injection or an incision and curettage.

Warm compresses.: If it is truly a chalazion warm compresses sometimes help. If it continues to grow simple eyelid surgery will remove it as an outpayient. Don't squeeze it
