Probably a cyst: If the eyelid is not inflammed, not red, and not hurting, then you probably have discovered a chalazion, which is a cyst formed by the eye to seal off and prevent the spread of a stye. If it is not bothering y0u by appearance or by symptoms, you can ignore it as it will cause no harm at your age.
