Yes: If you start ovulating with this dose, you could get pregnant but it may take a higher dose and/or the addition of clomid (clomiphene). Weight loss is easier on metformin and it also can help you start ovulating. Exercise and a diabetic diet help. Hope this helps. Best wishes.
