Discuss with rinsing the eye with lukewarm running water with acute care. The eye may be red, painful and she should be evaluated.

It does not warrant an ER visit tonight, but definitely needs to see eye doctor tomorrow to make sure she did not injure corneas (the thin see-through film covering the eye). Make sure to call first thing in morning so she can be seen by the eye doctor tomorrow!
