Usually not: Intranasal steroid sprays are very safe and in the average person(with no prior immune problems) are well tolersted. Occasionally they cause some bloody discharge(espescially if not aimed properly) ..And some people get headaches or a sore throat. But most peopel(including children) find them very efffective with no side effects.
