Both of my pupils are dilated in a room with the light on, but if i shine a flashlight in them they do respond and get smaller but when i take the flashlight off they become large again. is this normal? can some people naturally have large pupils?

Of course there is a variation of pupillary size, and there appears to be no reason for any concern.
