Eyes dilated from light and nervous system responses. Let us say you see a handsome man and get excited your eye will dilate. See your primary care doctor for a full physical

The very act of trying to look at your pupil in the mirror will result in fluctuation in size. If you do not have symptoms about your vision, do not fret about it. For healthy diet: http://www.choosemyplate.gov/., exercise 30 minutes/day, drink enough water daily so your urine is mostly colorless, have safe sex, no tobacco alcohol weed or street drugs. Get HPV vaccine. Wish you good health.
