Ive recently got a root canal done 3/10/21 to be exact and my gum is swollen around the area of treatment. when i wake up from sleep my mouth is in extreme pain and i cant really eat anything due to the pain. what can i do to get rid of this pain?

The short answer to this question is to use Motrin 800 mg every six hours to reduce the pain and swelling. However this amount of pain and swelling should not be still since the procedure was a while ago I would see your dentist to rule out the possibility of a dental abscess.
