I'm 20-yo black f w/ many conditions (fibro, pots, endo, eds, possibly ibs), gastro issues for 7m, lost 55+ lbs w/o trying, have gas pain 2-3hrs after eating (hospitalized severity), tested neg for common diags, tried many diets to no avail- pls help?

Have you been tested for gastroparesis? That is when the stomach doesn’t work well so food stays in the stomach for prolonged periods of time. It is diagnosed by getting a gastric emptying study. There are medications that can be tried if diagnosed. You would need to see a GI doctor to diagnose and treat. Best of luck to you!!
