My urethra has a sting itch feel and has dark spots inside and its growing in size but all std sti tests have been negative my urologist dismisses it without trying to figure it out. it's on both sides of the urethra any ideas?

This doesn't sound abnormal, especially if a urologist agrees. No STD is a likely cause.
