Why do i feel a small like sand grain feeling under both my inner upper eyelids? the left eyelid grain seems more prominent than the other? there isn't any swelling or pain, should i be concerned?

This is usually an irritation under the eyelid. You can try saline eye drops to see if you can flush it out. Could be a small piece of hair. If it still bothers you then you may need you doctor to evert the eyelid to see the underside.
