See the doctor: Have you been rubbing your eyes? This could add considerably to the already present dermatitis that you are experiencing. I would recommend that you see your physician for appropriate diagnosis and treatment.

Be seen: Unfortunately, without seeing it, it's impossible to suggest any treatment. The fact it is getting worse, should prompt you to see medical care from a medical provider locally.
