Many possibilities: There is a huge range of possibilities, depending on your age (not given) and how long you've had these symptoms—everything from gastroenteritis to spruce, to colitis to food poisoning. If symptoms persist, see a doctor.

Pain: Upper abdominal pain usually comes from your gallbladder, pancrease (pancrelipase) or stomach. Although it could be your heart or kidneys. If you are having severe pain you likely need to be seen.
