Sharp pain extreme lower left abdomen 48 hours . had lots of loose stools since dinner sat pm; very problematic stomach but this is worse than normal.

Nonspecific : Left lower abdominal pain with diarrhea is most likely related to the diarrhea with spasm and/or distension of the bowel. Could also represent diverticulitis, inflammatory bowel disease, or even abdominal wall problems such as muscle strain/spasm and even a hernia. If its that severe, see your primary care or go to an urgent care/ER for a proper evaluation. Hope this helps!
