If the foot drop is in the foot you use to control the accelerator or the brake, no you shouldn't be driving. Foot drop means you don't have good control over that foot, and the reaction time in a sudden stop or acceleration would not be adequate for you to be safe. If you can't be safe, other people sharing the road with you aren't safe either.

Presume this has been diagnosed and optimally treated. If so, you would be a candidate for an AFO or other type of brace. Driving capacity should be tested by an independent agency such as Auto Club (AAA), which is present in Arizona. Do not independently engage in driving until cleared.
