Dear dr i have had a cesarean 6 days ago. i have bledd for the first 3 days and no bleeding after that. my feet and ankles are very swollen. should i be concerned?

I would not be concerned about the lack of bleeding. The severe swelling of legs is a different concern, though. You could have pelvic blood clots producing the swelling, and/or problems with blood pressure doing the same. Call your OB ASAP or go to ER for evaluation if indeed legs are very swollen.
