I had an abortion at about a week ago, after that it was just pain, lots of it. it was so unbearable. five days after the bleeding stopped it started again with the same pain. but is it normal to be bloated, with swollen feet. still passing clots too?

No, these symptoms are not normal after an abortion, either surgical or medical. Get in touch with the doctor or clinic. If you have fever or if bleeding is especially heavy, get care ASAP, e.g. an urgent care center or emergency room if your own doctor/clinic is not immediately available. Good luck.
