Have a healthy diet, exercise 30 minutes/day, drink plenty of water daily so your urine is mostly colorless, have safe sex, no tobacco alcohol weed or street drugs. I went to urologist for a groin pull as he was examining me he said my testicles were small. The size is about 2 inches in length and width. The testicles do feel soft, had orchiopexy, early in life, can that cause atrophy, can atrophy be reversed?
Saw the urologist finally. During exam he said I had a double varicocele which is causing the testicular atrophy. It could also be causing the low libido and ed. Would surgical correction of the varicose veins in the testicle reverse the atrophy ?
