I get really bad headaches and migraines when i'm on my period, so bad to the point that I have to go to sleep to relieve the pain. Is this normal?
I have headaches almost daily, however I know that it could be migraines because I only get it at a certain time which is during my period or if I don't get enough sleep. Please advise if I should be concerned and what meds to recommend? Thanks?

Bad migraine for 3 days. Pain killers aren't doing anything. Got enough sleep, eat healthy, drink lots of water, exercise regularly. Still hurts.
