A member asked:

I had mri a few months ago, the findings are bilobed complex septated left upper pole renal solid and cystic mass measures 1.4 x 1.4 x 2.7 cm with internal septal enhancement suspicious for a complex cystic renal neoplasm. should i have surgery soon?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Complex cyst. You should check with your urologist or doctor who ordered this test to see what the next step should be. The fact that it is a complex cyst often means a urologist will need to intervene to make sure she/he knows what type of cyst this might be.
