Winter congestion. swollen (l) submandibular node 3 wks. almost gone. goes away if massaged, comes back smaller hours later. (l) tonsil swollen. aches down curve of jaws & between ears and tonsils. culture was normal. no ear infect. no fever. worried?

You could watch and wait. You may feel the node every couple of days, if the lymph gland doubles in size, becomes painful, ulcerates, or other nodes become enlarged, or you develop fever, or lose weight, you should see a doctor. Wish you good health!
