I wouldn't pay any attention to the CIMT - it's great that they saw no plaque, but really, doing the test at all is not recommended. Research has shown that it has no benefit as a screening test. Risk factors in men include age 45+, low HDL (yours is NL), HTN (your bp NL), diabetes, smoking, & significant FH of vascular disease. So you're doing quite well! Your LDL should be less than 160.
