Hi i started taking vitamin d capsules today and right now im experiencing neck pain i had neck pain friday before i started taking them today today i didnt have neck pain until now is the neck pain a side effect to it or is it not related to that?

Timing does not sound right as your neck pain started before starting vitamin D. Moreover, neck pain would be an unusual side effect to low doses vitamin D. Seeing your doc for the neck pain would be best.

Vitamin D does not cause neck pain or joint pain, unless in the sky high toxic range!
