Thin hair: Could come from anywhere. Likely to be vitamin D deficiency if you are wearing the full Indian robes. In that case you should take 1000 units of vitamin D a day. In the USA it is available over the counter with 100 tablets per bottle. If that is not changing things in the next few weeks you need a referral to a Dermatologist.
