What are some non steroid nasal sprays i could use? im afraid to use steroid nasal spray since i read it can contribute to yeast overgrowth in the sinuses?

saline nasal rinse ! I wouldn't lose sleep over yeast growth from using OTC steroid nasal spray. The products have been in general use for decades, first as a prescription then now as a non-prescription product. It would never be approved for OTC use if it was considered dangerous. Yeast overgrowth is a rare issue most common to those with immune defects.
