It is highly unlikely that you may have gotten COVID-19 infection again. However it is theoretically possible as there are different strains of the virus available in the larger population now. It could be due to a different respiratory virus or a bacterial infection that is causing the symptoms you have right now. Have evaluation done by a clinician for more accurate diagnosis.
